Land Ahoy!

After 36 days, 5 hours, 10 minutes at sea, the Latitude 35 team have completed the world’s toughest row across the Atlantic. The team finished second out of 35 teams from around the world rowing from San Sebastian to Antigua, an incredible achievement.

The second half of their voyage wasn’t without huge challenges — the hull of their boat was pierced by the bill of a Blue Marlin on January 7th, which threatened to fill the hull with water. Check out this incredible story over at the Latitude 35 team’s Instagram account to find out how this particular problem was solved!

We’re proud to have sponsored this team of four mates from the US and UK, who have raised more than £100,000 for charity. You can still donate to their chosen charities — the Achilles International, the Brian Cross Memorial Trust, Not Forgotten Association, and the Pelorus Foundation — to support worthy causes.

Congratulations to the Latitude 35 team!
