FREE UK DELIVERY

Free UK Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail on a 2-5 day delivery service.

We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, however this will be dependent on stock availability and demand.

These orders are sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery.

If for some reason you’re not home when Royal Mail call, they will attempt redelivery once and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY £6

Next Day Delivery parcels are sent via DPD on a next working day delivery service. These must be ordered before midday to guarantee a next working day service.

Any order over £250 qualifies for free Next Day shipping.

If for some reason you’re not home when DPD call, they will attempt redelivery twice and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery.

It is possible to schedule neighbour delivery or safe place delivery through the DPD website and app. It is also possible to track and reschedule your shipment through the website or app.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Delivery parcels are sent via DHL (Europe DPD) and delivered in 3-7 working days.

To place an international order simply select country of destination at checkout and shipping will be automatically calculated.  If you cannot see your country on the checkout menu please call +44 (0)20 359 55371 or email customercare@waxlondon.com.

Any order over $200 qualifies for free International shipping.

International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover international returns postage.

Sales Tax and VAT

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

When you are at your shopping bag page, you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping and VAT.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery (Worldwide). Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover international returns postage.

  3. Detail on the returns form the item you are returning, provide detail, and specify whether you would like a return or exchange
  4. Package sensibly with returns form included, stick your free postage label to the exterior

Royal Mail

  1. Log into your account and access your orders
  2. Select the order your return associates to, and download both the returns form and free postage label
  3. Detail on the returns form the item you are returning, provide detail, and specify whether you would like a return or exchange
  4. Package sensibly with returns form included, stick your free postage label to the exterior
  5. Deliver to your nearest Post Office

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

On processing your return we strive to organise refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. You can send or drop your items with the completed Returns Form to:

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Returns for Sale Items:
We are unable to refund Sales items, but will be happy to offer an exchange if these are received within 14 calendar days of delivery.
